The location was perfect, with easy access to Hyde Park and various transportation options. the newly refurbished Serpentine Restaurant offered a great selection of meals and drinks, and the jazz theme added a unique touch. the room was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London for business or leisure. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent service and convenient location.
